I knew I was in for a unique experience when I first opened the jar and began pouring. The sauce was so thick I had to scrape it out with a spatula! I knew from the rich, vibrant red color that this was truly tomato sauce. The taste was incredibly fresh. Delicious!

I was just given a jar of your ZARSA Sauce and it is some of the best I have every had, and trust me I know good sauce as I'm from upstate N.Y. with a large population of Italians. Not only does it have very good flavor but It is thick enough that it sticks to the pasta and does not all run to the bottom of the plate. Well, to expound on the specifics of this sauce, I can't help but think of this famous line and how it fits perfectly for the flavor and consistency of this new entry into the market of sauces. Not only is it good, because that goes without saying, but it is so versatile for any cook to use with many recipes . Make it your own with what you like to add, or just as I like it, a loaf of bread and jug of "sauce" and thou beside me singing in the wilderness. lol, not trying to be corny, but I am a serious sauce dipper with a loaf of Italian bread and a good sauce. And this is a good sauce!

Zarsa Gourmet Italian Sauce is delightful, and that is coming from someone who grew up in a totally Italian American family, where the SAUCE was the most important thing in the kitchen. This sauce enhances taste and texture in just about any meal. Great with beef items, pasta, pork, etc. As far as the packaging .... good luck finding any Italian sauce with better presentation. Plus, there's the functionally useful level-marked Mason jar. My final word for this review is .... 'EXCELLENT'.

First of all, I am not a person who is a fan of tomato based sauces. I was skeptical to try this, but I gave it a shot. I used the sauce to make spaghetti and added ground beef to it. The sauce was very thick, not watery like so many brands you find on the supermarket shelf. It had a great, homemade taste to it. It was refreshing to have the taste of fresh ingredients. You can taste the love and care that went into this sauce. I can now say that I am a fan of spaghetti again! -

Sampled this sauce at Top Gun around 2pm today after eating a full meal at the Double Barrel Grill. Not only is it hearty and seriously delicious but it leaves you wanting more and more. Bought a jar and currently making spaghetti (on a full stomach) just to eat more and have my family taste test it! I’m a snob over sauces and I’ve never made or tasted anything close to the delicious flavor of Zarsa. Awesome people and product, I’ll buy this again and again! 👍

Just got my sauce. First thing I did was open the jar and give it the old wine test . Smells like heaven. Put a spoon in and gave it the old taste test, even better. Gonna go and get a straw and finish off the jar, that's how you know it's AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You Guys Are Gonna Be RICH. MMMMM , Love it. Very glad there is no " oregano" in this. My husband and I both love Italian food , and spent many years dining in Little Italy , and trying dozens of different sauces. Zarsa is truly authentic Italian sauce/gravy. It is amazing how a certain smell can bring back memories and bring you “ home “ in a sense , and that’s exactly what this jar did. Popping the lid off immediately brought us “ home “. This sauce is both sweet and savory , and would complement any type of pasta dish , as well as being a great “ bread soaker .” This is a home run in a jar !!

Just had my sauce!!! Put my gnocchi to shame!! All the tomato flavor and brio you could want... Many years ago I was asking my favorite co worker what his Thanksgiving plans were. Better than homemade!! I used my Zarsa for ravioli, baked ziti, and pizza and I loved it on all three. I had the pleasure of trying for the first time, Zarsa Gourmet Italian Sauce! I must say, I'm a guy that's very proud of the amazing homemade sauce I've been making myself for years but I'm not too proud to say that this sauce is even better than my own. The sauce does some things that are so hard to accomplish all in one taste. The sauce has a powerful hard tomato taste up front that is deep and rich and authentic...and.. It then also has a terrific, strong, unique tangy finish that just keeps coming and getting better. After making sauce for so many years I can tell you that those are tough tastes to achieve individually, but to attain them both in the same spoon is very difficult. This sauce delivers and will be the only can/jar sauce I would ever serve in my home.
When they say "Brick solid taste"...they mean it!
