Love the branding! Used it to make eggplant parmesan and at first taste, I thought it was a bit too acidic (not uncommon among store bought sauces). So, I added just a touch of sugar and some fresh basil and heated it for about 10 minutes which took some of the edge off. Overall, great sauce and when I added lots of cheese the acid from the tomato cut through the richness of the cheese and created a perfect mouthwatering balance of flavor.

Ok, I only bought 2 to try it. WOW, I wish I had purchased more. This is a sauce you can use for a date and claim you made it special for her or him just hide the evidence and my 3 kids 6, 4 and 2 which are pickey eaters came back for 2nds and 3rds this never happens. This sauce reminds me of the Italian Restaurants back in Youngstown Ohio where grandma from the old country made the sauce every morning. Not only does it taste like grandmas it makes the house smell like grandma has been cooking. Next purchase will be at least a case.

I'm big on Italian food in general, especially some pasta with good sauce! After testing it out today for the first time, gotta admit, pretty damn good! I ended up getting some meatballs to add to it and it came out amazing! Definitely recommend.
